Might get this P5
my g/f's eclipse is starting to be a pain in the *** so i want to get rid of it. since she owes so much own it still i can't afford to finance a new 3 but i drove past this P5 the other day. Blue P5 i think i might get it but i'm not sure if that price is correct because it says it's 12990 there but 15990 on their website. i'm going to call them on monday and get the details on it.

Matt, If you are still looking my local CarMax has an 02 P5 (silver 5spd) for $10.5. It looks REAL clean.. I think the mileage was like 40K. go to www.carmax.com and look up proteges. Maybe it'll still be there.

Too bad you're in PA. I'm selling mine... looks a lot better. And got mine with Euro's installed by the dealer. And I'm selling it for only $11k with less mileage than that one has.

I'm stuck in the worst place to try and sell my car.

the blue one is out. i went to look at it yesterday and it doesn't look like it was taken care of to well. all 4 wheels had some nasty curb rash and one of them had a chunk taken out of it. the exhaust tip was smashed and scraped up and the interior wasn't looking to great either. i found three yellow ones and two red ones though. only two of them are auto's though. i'm going to go look at the yellow one on tuesday. looks real clean and i think there's less than 20k miles on it. i'm not sure how much it is but i think i can get them to come down on the price. there's 6 P5's within a 1/2 mile of each other and there's a lot more around too. i mainly worried about getting enough for the eclipse. i might have to take a big hit on it. it'll be worth it to get rid of it though.

my g/f purchased the car a year and half ago... no money down, crappy trade-in, and ridiculous interest rate. $345 a month for 60 months. she didn't care just wanted the car. unfortunately she didn't take care of it too well. brakes are shot, tires are bald, windsheild wipers don't work, cracked bumper, scraped front bumper, numerous scratches, dull paint, corroded wheels, and the interior is all messed up because some asshat tried to install neons in her car and didn't know what they were doing. i drove the car yesterday and all the vibrations in the car are enough to drive one nuts.
