Hey guys I'm new to the Mazda game and I have a mazdaspeed protege but I have a question,I have a deal with a Mazda protege 5 wagon 5 speed in good condition with no dents clean in and out with leather interior ECT....My question is can I swap my mazdaspeed protege engine and transmission,ecu...Also do I have to change my harness to or no....Is it a drop and play ?

 

As far as I know they are the same motor, just with a tune and a turbo thrown on, I wouldnt see a reason to wire in anything other then some of the sensors for the turbo.

 

Can I replace my 02 protege 5 wagon headlights With Mazda 3 hatchback headlights?
