pr5guy, those are my 1/8th mile times....a few weeks earlier I was running a 10.2 @ 77.6mph. The car wouldn't hook up for anything...couldn't launch it at all...had to basically roll out in first and punch it.

The e.t. (time) is how good my traction and launches are

the trap (mph) is how strong the car is (power at wheels))

not yet. I should be hitting low 14's based on my trap speed but it's all dependent on my launching. With the new AWR mounts and some decent tires I should be all over the low 14's... The car pulls so hard on the top side it's really a big difference. Merging on the interstate is a breeze.

By the way ive noticed that with the awr front mount it has lifted the motor up, putting stress on the side mounts but not much for the rear mount. Also matty you may want to think about reinforcing the support that the front mount bolts to.. you know that one that runs from the rad. to the subframe. It has alot of flex, so much that my tranzaxle was banging it on hart launches. i kept hearing this clunking chatter and it was that. so i finally adjusted the motor as high up using the elongated slot on the front mount assembly and that seemed to have done it. but i think that eventually our motor mounts sag alot dropping the motor down on the support. well if it doesnt make sense just look underneath. just an observation i made.

I hope i don't sound like a noobie, but wouldn't it be possible to Tune the ECU to produce alittle less power in the lowest RPM's and concentrate more on top end?

That would salvage your tires and maybe get you some better 60' times, plus on an auto-X track you shouldnt be dropping below 3k or so anyways right? That is if your going to race auto-X with it.

Just a helpful thought, even if it's not so helpful
