Loud, low rumbing noise from Front

Hi,
Has anyone had the following symptoms:
A loud rumbling that seems to come from the front, between 60km/h and 110km/h. The noise follows car speed, not engine RPM (the noise is still present when I drop it in neutral but am still between 60 and 110 kmh) and it seems to go away when I turn right (ie on an on ramp to a highway) even though I'm still in the "noisy" speed range. The noise seems to peak at 100kmh.

If anyone has any ideas on what to start looking at first, I'd love to hear it!

Thanks.....

Is it coming from the middle of the car or one of the sides? Does it seem more like it's coming from where the wheel is located or a little higher up in the suspension?

To me it sounds like its coming from the wheels, but its hard to say if its louder on one side vs the other. Could it be a ball joint or bushing issue in the control arm???

Sounds like the tires are 'cupped'.

Feel the tread with your whole hand. Does it feel 'raised' or flat smooth? Feel a known good tire to compare - or take it to a tire shop.

it usually indicates the struts are worn/bad.
