JDM Plates... yay or nay?

i took the plate holder of the front of the car when i got it and just painted the screws yellow and put them back in. i was planning on repainting the whole bumper but that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon. anyhow i was thinking about maybe getting one of these and putting it on for the time being so its not just those ugly screws

will it look ok? and what color should i get it in? yellow w/ black text, black w/ white text, or white w/ black text

I got my HIPSI plate from there....(the 2nd link) Mine will say JDM-P5 or J-SPEC or I may go w/ a random set for that really authentic look.

I personally think it looks sharp...especially if you change the badges out and all that good stuff. The wow factor is there. Every bit helps I suppose.

i guess it's just me but putting japanese stickers or badging on an american car and trying to pass it off as something it's not is kinda bad.... think every kid with a honda and a "type R" sticker....those were only in japan and europe...why pose?

The ones I got before from the link I posted...is a real plate...casted and everything. worth the $30 in my eyes. Plus you can submit up to 5 letters/numbers...perfect!

maybe i'll badge my car with a complete "honda civic" set, that would screw with people's minds.

"Yah, i roll in a civic, it's got a mad, tight Mazda conversion, yo!"
