That's no exhaust in the center. That's just a ricey hitch. Dont even think it can tow any real load.

Lol. That's not a hitch. Why the hell would a company put a hitch on a project car??? To make it look coooool? lol.

It is the exhaust.

There is no price on individual parts yet as the entire kit isn't released yet. Expect it in Feb. or March.

That sivler thing you see with the holes in it IS a Tow Hook and YES it does have Dual Exhaust. Those are two single DTM style tips coming out of both sides of the car. As for function of the tow hook, who knows, but thats what it is.

BTW...Herehttp://photos.yahoo.com/bc/mp3owner/...c=ph%26.view=t

Trust me Kincaid, it is some sort of metal piece with holes. It's a tow hook as MP3-Owner. Definitely NOT an exhaust.

I've seen them on a lot of civics back in Asia, but no one tows anything in Asia with their own cars. Hehe, maybe it helps tow trucks to tow them away when they're pulled over or parked in a tow-away zone

the hook is some time use at the drag strip to pull it if some thing is wrong and it will not start on the line. most of the time racers have them on the front of the car..

Yep Yep That is what I don't understand, why is it on the back? Hmm...maybe the Wings West guys had a few too many lagers the night before the finishing touches were to be put on and maybe they thought it was an exhaust tip. They were thinking they could be the first to have a triple exhaust set-up, you think? hehe

Usually...

Tow hooks are in fornt and in back, so that the car can be towed out of the kitty litter (sand trap, whatever you want to call it) no mater what way it goes in or crashes. And some race cars have hooks on top so that they can be lifted out of tight road courses by a crane (most Formula One cars do).

As for the Wings West Protege, I don't know if it has one up front as well or not. But there is one in back.
