And trust me...these tags look phat.....I printed some out as a mock up when I was in development of the design and they look great.

Not sure what you mean there. The badges are basically a graphic overlayed with a rubber coating. Rubber because it wont scratch or crack as easily as hard plastic. Its alot like I guess the MP3 Badge from Racing Beat but its not a hard plastic.

 

One of you guys posted a graphic that showed the brake down of the tag in different layers etc. I hope you know what I am talking about because I can not find the post.

Its not made yet. I've got to order up 250 of these things (and prepay) to get them made. But we put the order in today & hopefully, we'll be looking at about 12 days having them in & ready to ship.
