installing fog lights?

i was wondering if theres a way to install fog lights on the car, if theres not a specific hole for them in the bumper, like can they just be put under the front bumper? or does anyone have any ideas of how that would work?

You take off the foglight covers and bam foglight holes!
What year is your pro. I assume 01+ right becuase its confusing. They are the things on the bottom sidea of your bumper, just reatch up behind and poke them out.
