Im the New Guy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi hows everyone doing.............Well I just purchased a midnight blue p5 on Saturday. I traded in my beloved Ford Zx2 
.........I needed a 4 door and decided that the P5 was the best looking and value out there on the market. One thing I like about the P5 is the molded kit that it already has, there is no reason to change the body style and the handling is incredible. Well enough of my intro Ive got a few questions................
1) Who makes a short shifter fior the P5???
2) Indiglo Gauges
3) headers
4) ecu chip
5) Front strut bar
6) Carbon Fiber hood
I also wanted to know if anyone has lowered their car with h&R springs????? My Zx2 was heavily modified, but I made the mistake of getting weapon-r coilovers instead of ground control. My ride was very bumpy but the handling was good, I promised to never lower another car again, but I just want to know what your guys experience with H&R springs is...........Thanks

Hey there! Congrats on your new car! I can't answer most, ok, any of those questions, but I can tell you to start with Mitch at www.protege5online.com. He's the parts man around here, and he's got some great stuff lined up. Also, just a question, were you looking to replace the strut tower bar that's already on the car? Cause I thought all P5s had one. I could be thinking of something else though. Either way, congrats!

Short shifter: B&M, Pacesetter (see short throw shifter thread posted earlier)
Indeglo guages: whats wrong with red?
Headers: AWR, Mazdaspeed...but they are both hella $$$$$$ and probably make your car a gross polluter
ECU chip: nothing yet...but there is JET PCM thing on NOPI...does it do anything???....we all would like to know also.
Front strut bar: do you mean a strut tower bar?
Carbon fiber hood: Tripoint Engineering, MHP....both are $$$$$
Dont know about the H&R's ...but have the GC's and love them.

Hey thanks guys for the info......about the indiglo gauges I thought someone mentioned that the ones APC sold for the protoge would fit the P5...............and yes I do want to replace the stock strut bar with another one...................AS far as the ecu goes, it made a big difference in my ZX2.....BTW does anyone make an underdrive pulley or cam gears????
