Ok where to start. I purchased a obx header on or around October 17. The company I bought it from Yakuza Racing, processed the order and sent me a confirmation email. And I have still not received my header. I have emailed them twice, about my concern and I have even called them about 2-3 times yesterday, and no one answered. All i got was some answering machine that said something about imports. I dont even know if that was teh right phone number they gave on the website. So my question to everyone is, am I over reacting to all this. I mean today it has been offically 15 days since they processed my order and sent me the email. They have the right address and everything. Do you think im getting ripped off here, or am I just over reacting to the shipping time. And if you do think I am getting ripped off, what kind of options do I have. I bought it over the internet, using my debit card and payment has already cleared. Any advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thats 228.00 of mine thats at stake. Again thanks, later.

 

if you subtract weekends and holiday it's not been THAT long. I would suggest holding it out until wednesday of next week and then start hounding them again.

Yeah actually, what had happened was this big long story, with the person who was dealing with my order quitting and the company not knowing who had been taken care of and who hadnt. So after calling them about 100 times and speaking with the company etc etc, we got everything all figured out and all worked out. I guess they must have gotten the last shipment of headers, cause they are able to ship it and it should be here next week. At least thats what they told me. We will see. I saw the GB you were having on the headers, and that does suck about the wait. A whole month sucks to wait for anything. But im sure it will be worth it. Later.
