holy crap you ARE confused. Your best bet is to ask for local members in your area to come out and show you what to do. This would be a good learning oppurtunity for you.
p.s. the o2 sensor is on your exhaust, not intake.

^Good advice. Did the intake come with directions? Is it on the company site? Please search for pix and posts of CAI set ups on the forum. It will help you frame your question better - so we can help you.

Well, I know Simota doesn't give you very good directions, if any.
In fact no intake I've ever installed had directions.
I know this may not help but every hose and connector you pull off the stock intake has
a connector on the Simota, so just make sure see where to reconnect everything before you
install it.

And some words of advice:
1. Make sure you angle the little pipe the right way, otherwise the bigger pipe will not line up properly.
2. The MAF (plastic piece with little blue dot on it in the last picture) MUST be facing the right way. The triangle on the top of it should point towards the FRONT of the car.
3. The IAT (little pointy sensor you pulled out of your stock airbox) uses the same rubber gasket as the stock intake. Make sure you still have it, otherwise you won't be able to secure it properly.
4. When connecting the bigger pipe you will need to relocate the coolant tank. See second to last picture to get an idea of where to put it.
5. Before connecting the big pipe to the MAF, get under the car and attach the air filter. It's easier if you can move the pipe around than if it's already secured.
6. Don't worry about using all the parts, I only used one clamp to secure the intake (pic # 3) and had 2 extra hose clamps left over as well.
