Unhappy !I need help!

I have a 2001 automatic Protégé, with 8000 miles. About 4 weeks ago I took off the Intake(Stock, up to the air filter) and the Exhaust (stock muffler). I replaced the Exhaust after 2 days(I had trouble on another car with the valves) and the Intake about 2 days ago. Around the 2nd week of having the Intake off I started hearing a ticking/rumbling noise when ever I let off the gas (even worse when coming to a stop). I drive my car very hard, 117 for over 3 min. one time(not lying), jumped train tracks(bent the exhaust cover), change gears like its a manual(1st, 2nd, drive ,Zoom…Zoom...aaa...Hahaha…).

Chirps between gears?

Oil change @ 4000m.

I've replaced the front right strut, repaired both left rims, repaired both left tires, and other stuff(hit a curb going under 5mph, cost $1009)
&
Also replaced other front right parts for the 2nd wreck.

Still looks great! Works fine considering.

Thanks for the image "1fatES" I insterted it because it looks exactly like my car.

Hmm, not sure. Maybe you left out a rubber gasket in the intake system? Try and be more specific in your description of the noise and where it's coming from. Also, since your car is a 2001, you could take it back to the dealer and ask them. It shouldn't cost you anything.
