You bet I got the 5 speed. Would not have it any other way I also got it a bit under invoice as well. With the $1500 rebate, it all worked out well.

I dont understand the craze about manual transmission. IMO, its a big detriment to be playing around with the gears. I dont even wanna think about anything but whats in front of me.
But its cool...but what I do hate is the people who say "ah, why did you get auto?" Who cares?

BUT, it does make a big difference performance wise. Auto trannys take away some of the HP (I heard 11%, dunno if it's true) and shifting isn't as effective if you compare it to a decent manual driver. My entire family drive automatics, my first car was an auto, but guess what? my new car is a manual, took me 1 day to learn how to shift properly (I'm still learning though) and I'm never going back to auto. It's so much more fun.
Now,2 weeks after getting my new car, when I'm going to use my mom's SUV, I'm like: "where's the damn clutch???"

Got it!
My salesperson brought it to my house and let me drive it back to the dealership to finalize everything. Drives like a dream. I love it! In case I didn't say, it is an 02 with the mid-cycle refresh.
