How to play MP3 and keep stock head unit?

I own a 03 ES with the stock head unit. Iwould like to be able to play MP3s and keep the stock head unit. Is there any way I can do that?

The stock head unit does play MP3 files. I play them all the time.

How do you do that? My stock unit cannot play MP3. Is there a problem with my unit?

Which H/U do you have? I had the 6-disc, and I know it didn't play mp3 cds. I'm pretty sure there's no way to do it.

The stock headunit does not and cannot play mp3's.
There is some thing being made so that you can have an auxillary input. Other then that you would have to resort to an FM modulator.
JUst get a new headunit.

Are you sure you don't mean it plays CD's burned FROM mp3 files? If you can fit ~150 songs on a CD, those are mp3's. ~20, those are .wav.

Look I have an mp3 player.
It can fit 200 songs on one cd. So many I get lost and just use the first few songs over and over. If you have the basic stock double din six disc indash cd player, then you cannot play mp3s. Maybe you have a dealer option or something but its definetly not stock.
