How much did you pay for your P5?

I'm curious... How much did you pay for your P5? I paid exactly $20,724.13 CDN. (Please don't include trade ins or graduate rebates, taxes etc...)

My P5 has a manual transmission, and A/C. I didn't get any accessories, and it came with all standard Canadian features.
Did I get a good deal?

Well, I thought about that, but then I decided to post a new thread because car prices aren't exactly constant over time. Furthermore, I couldn't find any recent Canadian P5 prices when I did a search. Sorry that I offended you so much!

The salesman started us at $19K even though that Sunday we walked the lot and saw the most expensive P5 for $18K. After negotiating and catching him on this and making a fool of him, he brought it down to $17.5K. Now of course I did research on the web and printed a list from the Mazda website of retail of $16.5K.

He was sweating and I told him don't try to blind side us. I told him we wanted it for $16K. SOLD!

Just bought a 2003 Laser Blue Mica Protege5 with the sport auto, moonroof, 6-CD, side airbags, and ABS. MSRP was $19,235. We paid $17,677 and took 0% for 5 years. This is the invoice price and we didn't do any negotiating. Anyone in the San Diego area, John Hine Mazda is selling all 2003 Protege sedans and Protege5's for invoice, or take an additional $500 off for the rebate if you don't take Mazda financing.

We pick up the car today (it was still wrapped in plastic Saturday night). It will be great addition to my '99 ES!

Price

I paid 15,200 and 0% financing on my 03 MP5. Too sweet of a deal to pass up. Only options that I dont have are automatic, moonroof and leather. A friend of mine gave me X-plan on it. $271.00 per month on a 5 year buy, no money down. Just got rid of an 01 Jeep Cherokke SPORT for it, to save on fuel for work.

BTW, I am new to the group.

I think I got hosed.

I paid damn near 25k for mine. It's a heavily loaded down silver '02 P5 5spd - European Edition. The only thing that was different that I noticed was a factory short shifter and clear side markers. Oh well.
