how to drive an AT p5 2003...
Ok ok ok....
I just got my "sport" automatic '03 p5 4 days ago...
I was wondering....is it normal, when i drive on the automatic mode, it takes long to get the first gear to the second one?
I mean, when I drive "normaly", the first gear goes until 3k rpm until it shift to the second...
But the rest of the gear feel just fine...
am I just too paranoid? I just feel like the time shift between 1st and second are soooooooo long...
I dont have lots of experience in driving automatic.....
Only had one nissan '92 stanza....
Thanks for the help!

Are you saying that it stays in 1st gear too long? I've only driven one automatic P5 (it was the regular auto, not sport) and it usually upshifted at around 3500rpms from 1-2. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
If you are using the manual gate, you can of course control when it shifts.
