Ok, so im on a road triplast night and when i get to right at 100mph, i hear this really high pitch "errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" -almost like a faulty bearing sound (just my description). What could this be?? does anyone else have this sound?

couldn't tell ya....anytime I have been going this fast the tunes were cranked up so loud you couldn't even hear my load exhaust in the car....much less anything else! lol

i had the tunes LOUD! it was a loud noise..

Does it sound like it's comming from the windsheild area or lower. I bought a new Hyundai Elantra, and two weeks later while on a trip I heard this loud vibration sound from the windshield area. It turned out it was the weather stripping around the window. It didn't make this noise untill hitting about 85-90. It was replaced under warranty. Just a thought.

Hmmm could be a lot of things, yesterday, after about 1 hour of shutting off the engine, that sound came from the engine, its like...a valve clicking as fast a .1 secs timings...so:

Could be:

1. VDubBoy23 post...
2. Air Cond compressor
3. Roof jack vs. ouside air at 100mph (make lots of silly noises ive ever heard)
4. Maybe god touching your car.
5. errmmmm well....anyway, I wouldn worry about...as your signature says...you r goin to add N.O.S.

i had hit 100+ once before and it didnt make the noise... could be weather stripping, dont have a roof rack.... and think im going with cams instead...
