Heater vent removal

i want to put LEDs in my heater vents, i have them but i was wondering before i go tearing off into my pro if anyone knows how- checked the How-To section and didnt find anything....anyone got some help?

aight ill see what i can do. the middle ones above the radio are the easy part, its the driver/passenger ones that are gonna be a pain in the ***
