I went to a traffic light and was stopped and noticed that in this cold weather that the vent heat got colder while I was stopped and then heated up when rolling. Should the car not get warmer when stopped as no cold air is lost through the rad via windchill. Its just weird that the cars heat would get colder when stopped. Is this normal, maybe a gas saving thing?????
