Question headlight issue?

hey i dont know if anyone else has had this problem but my headlights and foglights arent working at all in the normal switch position. i already had one headlight out due to the ongoing problem with the drivers side light. well i noticed the other day that my passenger side was out and i thought it burned out also....then to find out that my fogs werent even working. so im thinking that a relay fuse or somethings messed up. checked all the other fuses they were fine. this is why im thinking its a relay issue....cuz if i hit my brights...my brights will work.....now the thing i found odd...if i flip the switch to the brights position and keep it on the parking lights part of our switch....my fog lights will come on. so i wanted any info as to why this could be happening. ive done the fog light mod so i dont want the dealership opening that area up and saying ive voided my warranty due to it. ive never had any problems until now and ive had the car for 2 years. any help would be appreciated.

I hate to see it, but you have messed something up doing the mod....at-home wiring is never going to be as good as factory wiring. I would double check all of your connections you've made doing the mod and see what you find...however if one side light comes on and then the other doesnt, but they come one at diofferent times you have a serious electrical problem....go the dealer or pay an electrrical technician to look at it.

thats not the problem though......the driver side was burnt out....i took that into get fixed and they wouldnt cover it...said there was nothing wrong. my problem is....that the passenger side was working....so were the foglights. now none of them work....the fogs work only when i flip it to use the brights....and the brights work also....so more than likely its still the wiring job. like i said...its been switched for 2 years now and i havent had a single problem til my driver side headlight went out.
