i was just wondering if anyone has taken an automatic 2.0L to the track for time slips. if so, what were your 0-60 and 1/4 mile times? im just curious cause all the times i see are for manual.

thanks.

tried my 5 auto on monday on the street. times are with gtech pro.
1/4 mile - 18 seconds flat at 77.something mph
0-60 - 9.98 seconds

this was measured at two different runs and this was the first time that i have timed myself. both times i had wheelspin in first (road was also wet because of the sprinklers). this was with a stock air filter (k&n was drying out after being cleaned). the air silencer (over the radiator) was removed. weather was about 70 degrees.

after that i dropped in clean k&n and also removed the verticle air silencer (which attaches to the filter box). i was not able to even reproduce the times, i am not even talking about beating them. the weather was MUCH warmer though. after that i cleared the computer and have not tried since b/c i am giving it a little time to learn my driving style. hopefully i can improve a little on my times.
