front stabilzer bar bushings...need to replace?

Hi,
I was changing over to winter tires the other day and noticed the bushing on the front stabilizer bar (passenger side) had come out of the bracket/housing and now the stabilizer bar is rubbing against the bushing bracket metal to metal. How quickly do I need to have the bushings replaced? Is it safe/advisable to keep driving like this? Its like a $300 dollar job at the dealership just to replace a $10 part! They also suggested to change the stabilizer control links.
