Fight the power

Just be careful with the computer chips...I would suggest putting one in if you have other mods first, but the chip is one of the worst ways to spend for the gain, really. Get a good CAI and exhaust first, jus some 2¢ 4 ya

I don't get why a decent chip isn't a good mod. The MP3 gets ten more horse that ours and that is apparently all from the chip. Racing Beat's cat back only gives us 4.7 hp more and the intake gives us 5 (or so I've read). Some guy at Racing Beat told me that the Injen acually had no real gain, just better throttle respose.

Anyway, it seems like that if some company just cloned the MP3 chip and sell it for $500, that would be a worthy mod. Does anyone do this?

I called Haltech as suggested in the FAQ and their stuff starts at $1245.00. I just want something I can plug in that is already tuned, not something that costs that much and I still have to find the optimum fuel maps
