hi. somebody hit my driver's side mirror. the motor and actual Body of the mirror are in place but the glass/mirror part needs to replaced. I don't need to buy an entire unit do I or can I just buy the glass panel? i'm assuming i can just go to a junkyard unless somebody knows if they're online somewhere.

I had that happen to me to, someone hit my driver side mirror that'll be your passemger side because i have a right hand drive vehicle. I can't find just the glass panel anywhere, i have to buy the whole unit but i haven't done so yet and it's been about a year now LOL!!!

i feel your pain man. i have to get my car inspected and without it, i'll fail inspection. but i decided to change both my mirrors to the automatic fold-in mirrors. you know the one that folds in automatically when you push a button

i guess ill just suck it up and buy a whole new mirror... $60 unless i get one that is from a junkyard

hey i don't know if you'd want to go that road yet. because i saw on ebay that some dude is sellin' just the lens.
i tried lookin' for it this morningbut i couldn't find it.
maybe if you hold out a bit and search ebay from now and then, you'll get it.

im going to try some junk yards. im in chicago so there has to be one somewhere
