The car has a turbo, it is the FM Protege Turbo kit...It has a small, but efficient front mounted intercooler. The intercooler is perfectly sized for the kit.

Thumbs down

I never liked cars with grafix. For the most part they're all ugly and makes the car look like puke.

The yellow and black paint job is just HORRIBLE. How the hell can he/she think that looks even decent? Just horrible. horrible...

The black isn't paint, it's carbon fiber .

I don't think many of the people ripping this car understand what is going on, or have visited the dgmotorsports site. If you go to the site, you will see everything they sell is listed as CARBONFIBER with with a fiberglass second option, and I think you may actually need to ask specially for the fiberglass. The car was made to promote the parts that the company sells, so why in the hell would they paint over the carbonfiber. I will admit that I personally do not like the color scheme either, but I don't think it was made to do be liked, as much as show DG's outstanding line of carbonfiber parts. I actually really don't like the exhaust in the bumper, but anyway take the car for what it is: an advertisment of great parts for a great car.

As far as the turbo goes, there are plenty of reasons to turbo a show car. It earns judge's points and gives the car a higher respect among true enthusists, cause they realize this guy isn't playing around with just apc crap, he is taking to time to make the motor a piece of the show as well.
