Who can give me info on what happens to your warranty when adding performance parts? I have been told that unless you are buying the dealer authorized exhaust or whatever, that it voids your warranty completely. I am looking to get an intake and possibly exhaust (but not necessarily dealer), but not if it changes my warranty at all...

If i'm not wrong, I remember that they cannot void your warranty unless they can prove that the modification causes the malfunction. I agree that this makes common sense.

Let's say you install an aftermarket exhaust and then your A/C dies. Does it mean you cannot get the warranty to fix the A/C because of the exhaust?
