CV Joints?

Anyone else had any problems with their CV joints? I was hearing a clicking noise when I turned at lowspeeds, so I took the p5 into the shop, and got "bad CV joint" back... I'm not sure what all this entails, but I am willing to try myself before I let the mazda ***** charge me out the *** for the repair... If anyone has had to replace theirs before I would definitely appreciate any advice.

Thanks,
Jmo

I've done it before...not on the Protege, but on multiple FWD vehicles...Not that big a deal...just getting the axle nut off can be a bitch ...get a BIG cheater bar...other than that it's pretty cut and dry...IM me if you need details

The mazda ***** want $360 parts and labor to do that, I think I'll try it myself, if anyone knows where a nice how-to with photos could be found that would be great, if not, feel free to post any pointers you have, I'll be needing them.
