I wasn't saying ANYTHING about honda fuel systems...I was talking about you guys arguing over technical facts. I wasn't saying anything I was saying was factual....other than the fact that boost ratings from different size blowers equals different power levels.

Not once did I mention the word Slotege or say I beat on Mazdas all the time. If you feel threatened by my rival import presence then what do you say we make that race interesting....

You bring your "all show and no go" Protege to the line and I'll bring my "slow accelerating, no torque" Civic. Winner takes moderator position. Loser stops wasting space on this website.
Look at the bright side, if you lose , you'll always have msprotege.com to fall back on right??

I knew you and protito came on here together...I've gotten pretty good at spotting things like this!

p.s. Mac's car is pretty fast but even if he loses a race he's still going to be a super-mod here. His knowledge and fairness is hard to come by. He won't be going anywhere unless he decides to leave.

I stated on my very first post that I was here to help a friend. Protito being that friend. So far you've been little to no help Rod. I've noticed that when someone brings up modifying their car to make it faster, you like to **** in their cheerios and bring up some negative feedback. Then, when I asked what you knew about extrude honing the IM and p&p the head, you didn't respond to it, you just suggested someone to try doin it to their car. WTF.

All you support is Haltech...what, do you get some money everytime you mention that name?
If you aren't praising Haltech, then you are praising this "WOMP." I wanna see this damn super-charger that you made in action.
For a moderator...pushing 104whp...but a self-proclaimed "protege god"....I sure as **** wouldn't trust any forced induction you offered me.
Anyone can read posts from other sites and repost them in their own words.
You say you spotted protito and I showing up at the same time like you are some detective breaking a case wide open.
I think you are a fluke Rod. I've read a lot of what you have to say, and it all seems like it was copied, or spoon-fed. No genuine knowledge coming from you.

n2000civicsi I am glad you pointed that out about his 104whp. A standard 1.8l puts out 103whp stock. That also shows you how good the e-bay intake that he got is. And roddimus why don't you have the WOMP on your protege???

That's right guys. You win. I'm a loser and "self proclaimed protege god". You're 100% right. My supercharger project isn't complete. My ebay intake sucks. And you guys know how to unlock the mysterious power pent up inside the protege with simple bolt-ons....something no'one else has done.

The difference between you two and me?? I'm still here.

Wow..there is a lot of silly **** in this thread. N/A power doesn't come cheap. I've spent a great deal of time and money on my Protege. I've spent in the ballpark of 9,000$ on this motor, from a rebuild, to two sets of valves, etc.. Best dyno to date was 156whp/161ftlbs. Thats after all this:

JE Forged Piston Set
Crower Rods
Eibach EVS valve springs
J-spec intake/exhaust cams
SR adj. cam gears
Mild Headwork (3-angle work) w/Ferrera over-size valves
Increased displacement (via boring) to 84MM and sleeved with darton sleeves
Header -> back exhaust w/o cats.
56MM honed throttle body
INJEN cai
Sparkco wires/NGK plugs
MPi piggyback
Warlboro in-tank fuel pump

..waiting for my perrin fuel rail and larger injectors.

Lots of money spent, not a ton of power gained, but this isn't a drag car. Couple motors, lots of engine work and a lot of time spent, I'm pretty happy with it. What we don't need is a bunch of hating. Everyone be easy.

Thanks for clearing that up. I was off a little on my power numbers. I know NA power doesn't come cheap and that was what I was trying to get across.

Don't worry the thread will be REAL easy from now on.
