so, do you think the best thing for me, for what i'm looking for, would be the 195/60 tires? what about 205/60 - would they be too flimsy?

I guess you could go to 195/60 but what you should really look for is a different kind of tire, not a different size of tire. Stay away from the performance radials and look for maybe a touring type of passenger tire.
Check out Tire Rack, they have good descriptions and even some reviews.

Don't get me wrong, i love the handling of the protege. I just don't like feeling every tiny crack and pebble in the road.

How does our suspension compare to that of the civic's? do you know? it's stiffer, isn't it?

Hey, what would happen if i put on 195/65 15's on ? (as opposed to the 195/60)
