Actually, it just washes off. So when you get back from a long trip/whatever, just wash your car, and it comes right off (I would assume a little elbow grease woudl be involved, but not too much).

 

yeah i'm guessing some scrubbing is needed since .. well if it could just rinse off, then rain would rinse it off.. and it would be way too weak to protect against rock chips.

I still don't know if I trust it against rock chips.. guess I'll just have to buy a can and play around with it.
