Reading the forums, I see MP3 owners whining about the laser blue color showing up in the P5 line this year. Well, visiting the Mazda dealer in Norman, OK yesterday looking for new P5's (which there were none) I saw what appeared to be a 2003 Protege in the laser blue color. Base model, plain looking. The color did not look right at all on it.

I'll be back in Norman next Monday and will take a photo of it, check the window sticker for color verification, and look for some new P5's too.

Well, if that is the case then I know I will be getting me one. I didn't think they were coming out til jan 03. I was talking to the dealer and he didn't tell me about that. Thanks T
