APC does not seal most of their tail-lights properly. If you can not return them and get your money back, I would exchange them until you get one that does not leak.
Or exchange the one's that leak and reseal the new one with additional silicone.
And just an FYI, most people here do not like APC products. (I am one of them)

Has your car ever been rear-ended? If so, it's probably not the taillights themselves... Check the TSB section of the FAQ: TSB MT000003245, "WATER LEAK INTO TRUNK,OPENED SEAMS UNDER TAIL LITE."
Either way, get it fixed QUICK before the spare tire well starts rusting. Good luck!
