Anyone know where I can find the torque specs for Protege5 oil plug?

im doing a co-op at canadia tire, and we always just put them on hand tight with a wrench.
not super tight, but tight enough
pretty much until the turning gets somewhat hard

Yea, i found that the other day. I used my new torque wrench from HF. Worth $15 for sure
