Aftermarket stereo

Hey guys, i just bought a 2003 protege 5 and it has a 6 disc changer in it. I wnated to upgrade my system to an cda-9833 alpine deck. It is possible to keep the 6 disc changer attached and run it off of the alipne deck? If it is possible hiow would i go about doing it? Thank you.

I also had a 6 disc, and just replaced it. I have been thinking about something, however. I think it would be cool to mount a screen in the big double din opening in the dash, and with a little work, it looks like a single din reciever could be made to fit in the opening infront of the cup holders.

I dont smoke so i toock out the ash tray and the lighter spot and mounted my kenwood KDC-969. Its a good setup if you would like to have stationary 7" LCD screen mounted in the DD spot of the radio. Ive posted pics before but since then ive changed my stereo and relocated it. Ill have to make some more pictures. Must say one thing if you dont have the monitor to put in the dd spot yet, it makes a good anti theft setup, not to mension how comfy it is to use your KDC-969 from the comfort of your shift ****.
