No, the wheels are not Mazda specific but they are bolt circle and offset specific. That is, they will fit any car that has the same bolt circle pattern and requires an offset the same as, or close to, that of the Mazda wheels.

I recently sold my P5 polished wheels to a friend that has a MX-6. We did some research before the sale, and found that the recommended offset ranges of the two cars overlapped sufficiently that a swap was possible.

The FAQ has a listing. Offhand I remember that Eclipse 5-lugs fit, certain Mustangs, and maybe even the Mazda6. Be careful about whether the wheels you ultimately get are hubcentric too. Good luck.

yeah a buddy of mine and myself were doing my plugs yesterday and he had some 93-94 probe gt rims laying around. they fit right on. could be a cheap upgrade for rims.....not the best looking but there 7 inches wide and the p5s are 6 i believe. so you gain a little bit of width. he said he could probably get me a decent set for like 200 bucks...possibly with tires.

I got my 17s from a 2001 Prelude...but he used those hubcentric rings and I didn't need them.
