Talking 2003.5 Vivid Yellow P5

My wife and I jus purchased a brand new 2003.5 P5, it had 29 miles on it when we drove off the lot. It is Vivid Yellow with Black leather and the sport auto tranny. In dash six disc changer spare mounted woofer, and cassett player in dash. We also got it with no roof rack at all. Traded off the old Jeep for it, it took a little convincing to get her into the Yellow, but she likes it better already. I was wondering if anyone knew of somebody who makes clear rock covers for headlights and fog lights for the P5s? Oh also I would like to find some mud flaps too, with all the rain and road dirt here id like to see as few chips as possible in the side skirts. Please let me know 82jeep2@attbi.com

There are some accessories on www.mazdastuff.com , if you check out the Protege ones you will find the mud guards and maybe other stuff you are looking for, too. Please get some pics up of the black leather! I haven't seen too many Pros with leather. Congrats on the purchase, we're glad to have you here.

Invisigard headlight protection system. I bought them from www.autotrimdesign.com . Around $53 shipped. You can't tell there're on.

those clear headlight covers pop up every now and then on ebay. and because of the ground effects on the pro5, there are no mudflaps available through mazda. some generic ones could probably be made to fit.

I'm almost positive there ARE mudguards for the P5 available. I'd do an online search. I saw on a dealer website that they are listed as a dealer-installed accessory, so I'm pretty sure you can get them thru the dealer.

You can also check out www.xpel.com for the headlight protection stuff. They also have the "clear bra" paint protection material, if you're interested.

Congrats on the car!!

My leather was aftermarket Katzkin, however it was already installed by the dealer before we purchased it.

Anyone can get Katzkin leather for their P5, just to go www.katzkin.com

there are none listed in the Mazda accessory brochure, so there are no MAZDA mud/splash guards available.

Bread,
I make and sell my own precut P5 headlight covers (4 peices - 2 headlight and 2 fog). THey are made of static cling 3m film and you CANNOT tell they are on there. They are static cling so you can take them off and clean whenever you want and leave no harmful marks to the factorty lenses. They are $25.00 USD deliveried to your door. Send me an email at Msaner@allmerica.com if interested and I will send you pictures of my product installed on my 2003 P5

Hello Breadbox and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to our Club. There are TWO BIG fridge'S in the corner with anything you can think of in them...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have.

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

None that I can find. We need to gripe to Mazda to get these into production! I'd take a set now if available.

Welcome Bread-Box... congrats!
