Well for one, color....2003's only came in orange and black, while 2003.5's are all the other colors(blue, titanium, silver, yellow). Also, the front bumper/lip and the spoiler, if it's the spoiler that's NOT on the MP3, and also has the different bumper with the openings instead of fog lights, it's a 03.5.....

If the car in your avatar is yours, its an 03.5!
