Some of you may or may not know that i've had a GI thread on msprotege for a while now - - - - - - - -the hood is done!!! Some details to work out on the hood and with Gemini and it should be ready to go.

For those of you who don't know, Gemini makes some seriously nice CF product

nope, have to be registered as a vendor to run GB's. Rules is rules...however it is free until the end of year so just shoot over to the vendor section and send Ryan an email letting him know you want to run a GB for some CF hoods. There shouldn't be any problems. We just have to weed out the scammers from the legit people.

What price are we talking about on these hoods with shipping? It looks like a great piece and anything that would vent excess heat from the engine bay is a plus in my book.

with shipping not so sure. Gemini is located in the lowermainland of B.C. (read: vancouver) I've talked to them about shipping in a minimal way. price is straight up fantastic, i even had to make sure with Gemini after getting that prototype done cause i saw the amount of work it took.

oh ok, too steep for my blood. I've seen similar hoods here in the states in the $400-450usd range + shipping...they'd be right at $575shipped.

yeah US dollar is down but US gas prices keep getting higher and higher!!

S. Matty P> yah... i don't even drive down to blaine, WA anymore just to fill up gas. it used to be good. but now.. i dunno. gas jumps all over from like .70/litre to .95/litre on daily basis. (gouging eh?)
