Z6/M and the B6D

OK I've been doing some reading about the Z6/M motor that is in the 1.6L Proteges. The Z6/M is an updated version of the B6D motor. Ive read that the Z6/M uses the bottom of the B6D with a differant head to maximize fuel economy, and Ive also read that its possible the swap nearly any part, with that I would like to swap the head from a B6D and bolt it onto the Z6/M motor i currently have in my protege lx. . . My real question is has any one attempted or even thought of this and have any idea if it will even work

A little research for everyone

NOTE: Im doing this for a 2000 Protege lx
