Why not build another tubo, gives us some options, and there is always price wars which are good for everyone.

The Protege5's are not braced. Read the FAQ. They didn't want to take away the funtionality of the hatch with a bar running accross. I want the bar however. I think JIC has one, according to Rishie. I need to talk to him about getting it.

What are adjustable cams? Is it like VTEC? Or do you have to take the cams out to adjust them?

Holy moly man, and you're supposed to be making this stuff for us? Give me some confidence in you

Adjustable cam gears are made so you can advance or retard the timing on your intake and exhaust camshafts. Tuning purposes. Seeing as how well our cars respond to cams I think we could tune another 5-7hp or so out of them.

I think he said that RM Racing was going to be making the stuff and would just be using his car as a prototype.

If this is the same RM Racing that made DSM swaybars, these guys are awesome! They made absolutely the best swaybar available for the DSM's.

Thanks for getting my back jmauld!

I happened to ask Jason at RM about the DSM sway bars last week. He said that it used to be their company but that now it's like an affiliate. But, yeah essentially it is the same RM Racing that made the DSM stuff. I'm glad to hear they have a good reputation, seeing as how it's my car their using...

my 2 cents ..not in order of importance

Rear strut brace for P 5
Free flow exhuast...cylinder head to cat back
Turbo kit (budget minded...with options like inter cooler to be added later if wanted)

What's up with the CAI?? hidden sccop??

I was wondering the other day why someone doesn't develop
a forced air with a visible scoop for our cars....if done right a hood scoop could look awesome...and be functional...

i'd like to see low-boost turbo or supercharger kit come in and undercut the price on the tripoint kit [which does not look too stellar from the pics].

also, not to sound like everyone else, but i'm sure we'd all like to see a good header/hi flow cat come out.

throttle body or intake manifold would also be nice please.

These guy don't build cheap. It is quailty craftmanship stuff. You will not find a inexpensive turbo kit.

I'd say an intake manifold that flows similar or better than the FS-ZE unit. also a shorty header should be on the list first!

lastly, do you guys know how much time and mass amounts of money it would take to tune an engine w/ indiv. TB's? I used to be on the clubsi.com board (I owned a 99 Si w/ the 160hp B16A2) and it was discussed by tuners who are VERY good. it was discussed often how to tune ITB's and their cost. the response was that if you had to ask-you cant afford it. turbo is way better. although i do love an NA engine that makes awesome power. if i had the $$$$, i'd do it.

2.header(less then 400)
3.intake manifold or bigger throttle body

my pick3

1. Parts to install a 2.5L V6 into a Gen 3 Pro or P5! (mounts, brackets, CV shafts etc. not including engine)<damn if I'll let a BMW 320Ci beat me again!>
2. A nice ralley style body kit(with lights!)...not weapon style. (with front bumper to fit 99-00 & 01-up/P5)
3. suspension stuff...acceleration traction related!
That's my stocking stuffer list!

I know a place manufacturing a non-intercooled kit (with an upgrade option) that runs 5 or 6 psi for under $2500..
