valve adjustament

is it necessary to do a valva adjustment after installing the MS/JDM cams? the have the same lift as stock, only the duration is different so I am guessing the valves should be ok, right or not?

Yes, you should check your valve clearances.

The FS-ZE intake and Mazdaspeed exhaust cams are ground to the same base diameter as the stock cams, and I have yet to hear of anyone having a valve clearance problem after installing them. However, IMHO you should check the valves anyways, just to be safe.
