TWM Short Throw

I know this is a TWM-based thread but I thought I'd mention my experience with the B&M short shift kit. I've had this kit in my P5 and I am extremely pleased with how the car slips into gear - nice "notched" feeling. I added a MOMO carbon shot ball-type shift **** and found that it helped shifting. However, I still find that getting out of reverse and even sometimes getting into reverse can be a pain but this doesn't happen too often and the awesome performance is well worth the occassional annoying shift. As for installation, I can post installation instructions and pics once if anyone is interested once I finish the write up. I took pics during my install and it really wasn't that hard. It took me about 1.5 hours but I did have access to a hoist. One piece of adivce, get some ring clip pliers to compress the ring clip that holds down the shifter assembly beneath the boot. It's a bit of a pain in the a$$ if you try to compress the ring with a screwdriver. I'm not sure if this applies to the TWM but thought I'd mention it. Also, I didn't put the Kartboy bushings in during my install. Are they worth it?

Scott.
