Suspension parts...

So do any suspension parts ever have to be replaced on the Protege's? Or checked and lubed? I'm talking about preemtive maintenance... I know if they go bad you have to replace them but I'm talking like on the maintenance schedule, every so many thousand miles...?
Thanks...

If keeping everything stock .. then no. Stock suspension should last you a looong time if you don't mess with it, might need to change the struts after about 60-70K miles but even they should last at least 100K .. it all depends on your roads/driving habits.

Check CV boots for wear/cracking/tears. There are no lube points. I keep a dab of greaseon the endlink nuts/threads for corrosion prevention.
