the obx header will replace the stock manifold, pre-cat, downpipe. It will bolt directly up to the mid-pipe.

so it is similiar to the awr header which also replaces the precat and downpipe? It sounds like a steal for only 240 dollars compared to the awr which is 500+. But since it replaces the precat it is techically for off road use only eh?

Im, looking for one all so. I can't decide if I should go with the short header or the 4-2-1. IF I do the 4-2-1 I would have to swop it for the old one once a year to get it inspected, I wouldn't have to with the shorty. But the 4 would have better gains! CHOICES CHOICES!
What do you all think.

me personally...i would go with the 4-2-1 if your going for all out power. thats what im getting, and i dont even know if it is inspection safe.

Wagner/shorty with a performance cat. - -you don't really want to have to keep changing it - do you?

No I don't want to change it, and if a person can get the same power out of the shorty and a high flow cat it would be worth the money! Has anyone compared the 2?

Is there and advantage to using a 4-2-1 rather than a 4-1? I guess I could see maybe a little more consistent scavanging...but if bernoulis and boyles laws and all those other physicists pressure things are true, it should be about the same I would think...unless they lied to us in college!

4-2-1 Is more low-mid end power I believe and 4-1 is more mid-top end... Could be switched around though...
