get forged rods and pistons, arp heads studs and a better head gasket..the crank is already forged so that sould make you pretty rock solid

thnx, i cant wait, if my unit gets off its ass and sends me too my new one i should be gone over seas by the summer. theres only one thing that i would never give my car and thats NOS. for so many reasons but mostly cuz that shit scares me, and its kind of illeagal in canada.

Always consider the Mental addiction motorsports stuff... The motor swap is proababaly the one thing I'm the most anxious to get... a fully built race motor for like 3400... it's a DAMN good deal.. only other things to factor in will be if you're running NA or FI... if you're planning on turbo'ing then definitely order everything from beau... from what i've heard he's the best person around to talk to about these kind of massive conversions... either that or FC3S BOY.. he's helped myself a couple times when deciding what parts to buy for my MSP Either way.. TALK TO THOSE GUYS.. they know their sheot

$3400 for a built shortblock is crazy. Wagner sells them with the same parts for $2100+600core.

is wagner's motor fully deburred and chaffeured*sp?* out with extra crank walk supports as well? (not being sarcastic, actually just want to know)

i'm not 100% sure. You'd have to check with him since I'm not a representative of his, just a friend.
I do know for a fact that when I was in his shop he was building race engines for a few cars well over 1,000hp so I'm sure he knows what he's doing. btw, he had a slant 6 dodge dart making like 800+at wheels...on a 6cylinder. |
