The MSP LSD should fit fine in the regular ES/P5 tranny because the MSP's tranny is otherwise identical. It's also pretty cheap compared to most aftermarket units; dealer list is $400, which means that retail should be ~$600. Also, AFAIK the LSD should not be covered by the same parts availability restrictions as the turbo system in the MSP because it's an off-the-shelf part, not a custom fab job by an aftermarket company.
However, keep in mind that installing an LSD requires tearing down and rebuilding the tranny, which requires special skills and tools. It can NOT be described as a bolt-on part. If in doubt, do NOT try installing it yourself.

Nice...
They are definately needed with more power. As for the turning you can get decent results with fatter bars and better tires. A lot of tuners that I have talked to hate the way they change the steering feel mid turn in FWD cars. I don't know I have never driven a FWD with one.

I would think the CV's themselves would be the same so they would fit the stock axles. I thought the only difference between the MS's was the thicker shafts themselves but not the CV joints.
The MS's is a Conical Ring type LSD.
