whats the amount of horsepower and torque can the 1.8 handle? i think i have seen a thread about this once but i cant seem to find it. thanks

 

way vague.it's really just torque...hp doesnt break stuff..hard to say though ..the 1.8L has shorter rods so they are inherently a bit stronger than the 2.0L...the 2.0's are breaking after about 250lb-ft..what is your goal ???

 

i'm not sure what my goal is yetright now i am worried about body work because i wrecked my pro the other day. my friend wants to build his pros engine up and he just wanted to know. his goal is as much as he can lol.
