If anyone is interested, I finally got a Yahoo account and posted some pics of my header. The addy is

www.geocities.com/traveler12820/robsprotege.html

There is a brief description of what I've done to the car and a couple links. Follow the link for 'more pics' to see the rest of the photos. Tell me what you think.

That's so much different from mine it's scary. Looks good though... I wouldn't mind seeing some dyno results from a header like that on an FS engine.

That thing looks crazy. But it works, and that's good...

I was trying to keep the bends smooth using the shortest radius mandrel bends I could find. We don't have a lot of space between the head and the cat and I was also trying to get some decent primary length. I got an average length of 20" primaries with it. I got 7.8 lb/ft at 4250 RPM and it keeps over 7 lb/ft more at 6250 compared to the last time I had it tested. It pulls all the way through redline now instead of signing off at 5700. Lot's more fun! HP is up past 3700 RPM all the way up to the top. It was still gaining at 6250 with 113.4 @ the wheels but their ignition pickup started to cut out. It was also still making 95.3 lb/ft at 6250 where before it was only making 88. It didn't lose anything down low compared to the last time I ran it on the dyno. The numbers are almost the same to 3500 and then it just pulled harder all the way up. 3-5 HP more all the way up and it pulls longer.

The header pipe is 1 3/4", and the collector is 3". Since we are dumping into a chamber (cat) the collector works fine. I'd have used a slightly smaller collector if we didn't have a closed coupled cat.
