Gear Oil Gasket?

Just wondering if the drain and fill plugs require new washers/gaskets when I put them back on? If so, can I pick these up at the dealer, or are they special order? One last thing...do you guys think I should make a detailed how-to with pics whenever I change the gear oil? thanks for the help!

The drainplugs take little aluminum crush washers similar to the one used on the engine oil drain plug. Any dealer should be able to hook you up; list price is something like $0.20 each, but my dealer just gave them to me for free.

Sounds good to me. You know the washer size by any chance? Thanks for your time.
