ecu holding us back?
ecu holding us back?
Just so i understand correctly, with all the performance mod's, engine swaps etc. the only thing from holding us back is the ecu? If you get the jspec engine ~170 with out the ecu it wont perform to its fullest? so why hasn't made an ecu for are cars? and if so would that dramaticly incress the performance of are cars. I'v seen on most VW with a simply ecu upgrade gain bettter fuel eco. + ~20whp (dont quote me on that).
understandable, but just saying you get the simple bolt on's. i/h/e and then get an upgrade ecu. (i just saw fm was working on one actully for the turbo) whould there be alot to gain from just those mods +ecu
Well, I just bought a couple of stuff of from ebay, and I say some chips which supposedly adds 20hps once installed. However, couple of my friends advised aganist that. You might want to check it out at www.ebaymotors.com
nah man, I didn't buy it
while I was buying stuff from ebay, I saw them and asked my friend about them
but, hell no, before I buy anything, I do extensive research about it and from the looks of it, it is a peice of trash!
but thanks for your concern
